  • Patent number: 10591077
Abstract: The invention provides a control valve which makes the downsizing and the weight reduction possible and a method of manufacturing the same. The control valve is provided with a valve main body in which a valve chamber is formed in its inner portion, a connection member which is firmly fixed to the valve main body, and a can which is firmly fixed to the valve main body. The valve main body and the can include the same metal material. The connection member is made of a resin. The connection member is provided with a fastening portion for connecting piping parts.

  • Patent number: 10352475
Abstract: The invention provides an electrically operated valve which can more accurately detect a position of a valve body. An electrically operated valve is provided with a valve shaft, a valve body, a rotor member which is movable together with the valve shaft in a parallel direction to a first direction, a stator member which applies a turning force to the rotor member, a permanent magnet member which turns together with the rotor member, an angle sensor which detects an angle of rotation of the permanent magnet, and a guide member which guides a relative movement of the rotor member or the valve shaft in relation to the permanent magnet member. A distance between the permanent magnet and the angle sensor is fixed when the permanent magnet member turns.

  • Patent number: 10330214
Abstract: [Object] Provided is a control valve capable of ensuring controllability in both flows without increasing the number of parts. [Solving Means] A plurality of differential pressure valves 50, 60, 70, and 80 are disposed inside a valve body 10 so that a fluid pressure acting on a main valve body 20 disposed inside a main valve chamber 13 becomes the same in a flow of both directions including one direction from a first inlet/outlet 11 to a second inlet/outlet 12 through the main valve chamber 13 and the other direction from the second inlet/outlet 12 to the first inlet/outlet 11 through the main valve chamber 13.

  • Patent number: 9121522
Abstract: The invention provides an electrically operated valve which can control a flow rate precisely at a small flow rate distributing time and can circulate a fluid so as to prevent a pressure loss as much as possible at a large flow rate distributing time without an increase of a working and assembling cost. A movable valve seat body forming a main valve port for forming a small flow rate flow path extending from a first inlet and outlet to a second inlet and outlet is arranged between a valve chamber and a lower chamber. The movable valve seat body is structured such that its lower portion is slidably fitted and inserted to the lower chamber, and such as to serve as a float type check valve body for opening and blocking a large flow rate flow path extending from the second inlet and outlet to the first inlet and outlet.
