Abstract: A watch includes an hour hand which can be driven by a watch movement rotatably about a hand axis by one turn every twelve hours, and a display element for displaying the day and night information. The display element is drivable about a further axis by the watch movement about the hand axis in the same rotational direction as the hour hand by half a turn every twelve hours and has an annular or circular marking of the day and/or night hours, which marking is concentric to the hand axis.
