Abstract: The present invention relates to a jet burner for gaseous fuels with a gas supply and a burner surface (1) permeable for said fuel and on which fuel burns, wherein said burner surface (1) is formed heterogeneously and comprises at least two different surface areas, wherein one or several first surface areas (3) are permeable for said fuel, whereas one or several second surface areas (2) are impermeable for said fuel. Moreover, the present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a jet burner for gaseous fuels with a correspondingly characterized burner surface.

Abstract: In a grill basket, two mutually adjustable wire basket halves are provided. These wire basket halves comprise two longitudinal rods, the ends of which are bent-over in a hook-like manner. The two longitudinal rods are connected by transverse wires which are spaced at intervals from one another. End plates are provided for the adjustable connection of the two wire basket halves, and parallel, spaced-apart rows of holes are formed in each plate. The wire basket halves are hookable into said plates by their bent-over ends on the longitudinal rods, in the same way as perforate hooks are hooked into perforate walls. The spindles are disposed on their respective plates so that the grill basket is rotatably mounted on the appropriate means of a grill.

Abstract: A rotatable grill for demountably retaining food objects consisting of a first basket half and a second basket half which is similar in size to the first basket half and a pivotable bracket means for adjustably joining the ends of the bracket halves to form a closed basket at their longitudinal sides. The baskets are pivotably movable with respect to each other in the opened position. The basket halves include interengaging braces which are clamped at their ends and allow the basket halves to be pivoted with respect to each other to an open position at least 90.degree. from the closed position. The bearing shafts which hold the baskets together include threaded ends and nuts for securing the ends of the braces. The baskets also have extending wire ends which are bent at an acute angle so that when the baskets are almost closed, the extending ends mesh in a tooth-like manner.
