Abstract: Irrigation fittings such as elbows, tees, couplings, adapters, or the like are provided in different colors based on the fitting size. Where there are three different fitting sizes, a first size fitting has a first selected identifying color over at least part of the outer surface of the fitting, a second size fitting has a second selected identifying color over at least part of the outer surface of the fitting, and a third size fitting has a third selected identifying color over at least part of the outer surface of the fitting. Each fitting may be made entirely out of a material in the selected identifying color for its size. The fittings are sorted according to color and placed in separate bins for easy size identification and selection based on the designated color for a desired size.
