The hub may include an inlet port, an outlet port, and a suction port, wherein the plurality of irrigation lumens extend from the hub. These apparatuses may be configured to apply irrigation as a vortex within the body.

Abstract: A medical imaging system, the medical imaging system may include a non-coherent fiber bundle that comprises multiple fibers; wherein each of the multiple fibers has a distal end and a proximal end; at least one lens optically coupled to the non-coherent fiber bundle; an imaging sensor that is arranged to receive light received from the non-coherent fiber bundle and to generate detection signals; and a non-volatile memory module that stores mapping information that associates between locations of distal ends and proximal ends of the multiple fibers.
