    Abstract: Particle size is increased and particle size range can be decreased, i.e., narrower particle size distribution can be obtained for Ziegler transition metal halide catalysts by working the catalysts with very small quantities of a fibrillatable polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder in order to trap, i.e., entangle the catalyst in a web of PTFE submicroscopic fibers.
