    Abstract: An apparatus comprises working tools -- a hammer and an anvil. A concentrator of ultrasonic oscillations is in an intimate contact with the hammer, and the anvil is mounted on an end face of a metal rod of a length which is multiple to one quarter of ultrasonic wavelength. The rod is vertically adjustable relative to the hammer.
