  • Patent number: 11688863
Abstract: A fuel-cell system is disclosed. The fuel cell system includes: a system module having one or more fuel-cell stacks, a first reformer for converting at least some of hydrocarbon fuel into hydrogen, and supplying the hydrogen to the fuel-cell stacks, and a housing for receiving the fuel-cell stacks, and the first reformer therein; and a start-up module disposed outside the housing, and removably coupled to the system module, wherein the start-up module supplies hydrogen-containing fuel to the fuel-cell stacks until a temperature of the fuel-cell stack reaches a predetermined temperature.

  • Patent number: 10556190
Abstract: A water-vapor generating apparatus used for reforming a hydrocarbon fuel is disclosed. The water-vapor generating apparatus includes a chamber body; a partitioning member to divide a space defined in the chamber body into a water-vapor discharge space and a heating space; a tubular pipe having a first opened end in water-communication with an external water-supply apparatus and a second opened end in vapor-communication with the water-vapor discharge space, wherein the tubular pipe extends through the heating space; and a heater configured to supply thermal energy to the heating space. Such a water-vapor generating apparatus may supply water-vapor, in a stable and uniform manner, to a fuel reforming apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20160256327
Abstract: An ear pick sequentially discharging disposable cotton swabs includes a guide bar formed penetratedly into the inside thereof and configured to guide the cotton swabs accommodated in a line thereinto in one direction. The cotton swabs accommodated into the guide bar and each having an absorption member disposed on one end thereof to easily pick earwax and an insertion groove formed on the other end thereof. The cotton swabs having relatively short lengths are accommodated in a line into the elongated pen-shaped guide bar so as to improve portability of the ear pick even if the size of the guide bar is small. A large number of the cotton swabs can be accommodated into the guide bar to ensure high portability. The cotton swabs are sequentially discharged from one end of the guide bar through a discharge member in a simple way, thus providing many conveniences in use.

  • Publication number: 20060287561
Abstract: A process for increasing the production of light olefin hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon feedstock. A process for producing an aromatic hydrocarbon mixture and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from a hydrocarbon mixture, and a process for producing a hydrocarbon feedstock which is capable of being used as a feedstock in the former process, that is to say, a fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) process, a catalytic reforming process, and/or a pyrolysis process, are integrated, thereby it is possible to increase the production of C2-C4 light olefin hydrocarbons.

  • Publication number: 20060287564
Abstract: A process for increasing the production of benzene from a hydrocarbon mixture. A process for producing an aromatic hydrocarbon mixture and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from a hydrocarbon mixture, and a solvent extraction process for separating and recovering polar hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon mixture containing polar hydrocarbons (that is, aromatic hydrocarbons) and nonpolar hydrocarbons (that is, non-aromatic hydrocarbons) are integrated, thereby it is possible to increase the production of benzene.
