Abstract: A bonding wire and a method of manufacturing the bonding wire are provided. The bonding wire contains 90.0 to 99.0 wt % of silver (Ag); 0.2 to 2.0 wt % of gold (Au); 0.2 to 4.0 wt % of palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt), rhodium (Rh), or a combination thereof; 10 to 1000 ppm of dopants; and inevitable impurities. In the wire, the ratio of (a)/(b) is 3 to 5, in which (a) represents the amount of crystal grains having <100> orientation in crystalline orientations <hkl> in a wire lengthwise direction and (b) represents the amount of crystal grains having <111> orientation in crystalline orientations <hkl> in the wire lengthwise direction.

Abstract: A transmitting system and a method of transmitting digital broadcast signal are disclosed. The method of transmitting digital broadcast signal includes FEC encoding mobile data to build data frames, dividing the data frames into a plurality of data portions, converting one of the data portions into a plurality of SCCC blocks, performing convolutional coding on mobile data, mapping the SCCC blocks to data blocks and extended data blocks, forming a data group, forming a fixed number of mobile data packets and a first scalable number of mobile data packets, multiplexing the fixed number of mobile data packets, the first scalable number of mobile data packets and a second scalable number of main data packets.

Abstract: A DTV transmitter includes a pre-processor pre-processing enhanced data, a data formatter generating enhanced data packets including the pre-processed data and inserting known data place holders to the data packets, and a multiplexer multiplexing the enhanced data packets with main data packets. It further includes an RS encoder which RS-codes the multiplexed data packets, and a data interleaves which interleaves the RS-coded data packets. The RS encoder adds systematic RS parity data to each main data packet and adds non-systematic RS parity place holders to each enhanced data packet. The RS encoder adds the RS parity place holders such that the RS parity place holders are placed after the enhanced data within each interleaved enhanced data packet.

Abstract: A broadcasting signal receiver and a method for transmitting/receiving a broadcasting signal are disclosed. An identifier of a cell is configured in second program table information or signaling information of the broadcasting signal. If the cell is changed, channel information of the changed cell can be obtained from second program table information in which transmission channel information of each cell for a broadcasting program is configured. Accordingly, the broadcasting signal receiver can continuously output the program although the cell is changed.
