    Abstract: A zinc-air secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separation membrane interposed between the positive and negative electrodes, and an electrolyte accommodated between the positive and negative electrodes and submerging a part of the positive electrode. The separation membrane is a porous separation membrane having a plurality of through-holes, and the separation membrane is provided with through-holes. The sizes of the holes are smaller than the size of the potassium ions contained in the electrolyte. A plurality of adsorptive potassium ion particles are evenly attached on at least one side of the separation membrane to form an adsorptive potassium ion particle layer.

In addition, potassium is prevented from migrating to the carbon layer, thereby preventing potassium hydroxide from being precipitated even when oxygen is moved to a positive electrode side during charging. Furthermore, when the separator is applied to a separator of an alkaline battery, potassium hydroxide may be prevented from being precipitated during charging, thereby achieving an effect that an alkaline primary battery can be used as a secondary battery.

The converted direct currents are output and a rotational angle, a speed, a flux and a torque of the rotor are acquired based on values of the three-phase current, a voltage generated according to flow of the three-phase current, a predetermined coil resistance, and an inductance input. A speed of the motor is then adjusted based on the acquired rotational angle, speed, flux, and torque of the rotor.
