Abstract: A bidirectional sterilization type console arm rest device includes a first sterilization light generator configured to generate visible light emitted to front surfaces of belongings in an arm rest, and a second sterilization light generator configured to generate visible light emitted to rear surfaces of belongings in a console inner space. Therefore, sterilization by the visible light can solve the problem of harmfulness to the human body and the problem of light directivity and transmittance and maximize a sterilization effect by light diffusion of a light guiding film and, particularly, due to a separation structure of a light source and a light guiding film, the light guiding film also comes out of a belongings storage space so that usability of the tray as well as utilization of the storage space can be increased.

Abstract: A mobile bidirectional sterilization device includes a removable mobile bidirectional sterilization device in which a light guiding plate made of a light guiding film is connected from a power charger to a hinged cover through a curved connection section to emit visible light of a light-emitting diode (LED) to front, rear, and lateral surfaces of a mobile device or a fixed mobile bidirectional sterilization device in which the light guiding plate made of the light guiding film emits the visible light of the LED to the rear and front surfaces of the mobile device at a console bracket and a center fascia charger, solves a problem of harmfulness to the human body and a problem of directivity and transmittance due to an omnidirectional sterilization effect of the mobile device by the visible light with a 405 nm wavelength.

Abstract: A power control apparatus of an energy storage system and method of controlling the power control apparatus are provided. The power control apparatus includes a battery manager to monitor a charge state of at least one battery module and to manage charge and discharge of the at least one battery module, a power converter to convert power of the at least one battery module from alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) or from DC to AC, a controller configured to control the battery manager and the power converter, and a standby power supplier configured to supply constant power to the battery manager, the power converter, and the controller when the battery manager is not driven.
