Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus for automated communication between a robot and an artificial intelligence service. The method for automated communication between a robot and an artificial intelligence service is performed by an apparatus for automated communication between the robot and the artificial intelligence service, and includes generating bridge code and a container definition file based on a mapping rule defined between the robot and the artificial intelligence service, running a bridge container having an independent format based on the container definition file, executing the bridge code through the bridge container, and providing an automated communication environment by exchanging a message between the robot and the artificial intelligence service based on the bridge code.

Abstract: A display test apparatus includes a measuring apparatus and a calculating device connected to the measuring apparatus. The measuring apparatus provides a sample pixel value to a first display device including a first display panel, measures a first color coordinate value of an image displayed by the first display panel in response to the sample pixel value. The calculating device generates a first parameter of the first display panel in response to the first color coordinate value, generates a target color coordinate value in response to the sample pixel value, and generates a first mapping table in response to the first color coordinate value, the first parameter and the target color coordinate value.

Abstract: An operating system to be cooled is formed as a non-flow system so that the system can be protected from contaminants which could otherwise enter the system. When the temperature in the system is above a certain level, heat in the system is absorbed by a Peltier module utilizing a Peltier effect. A convection fan forces the air that is cooled by the Peltier module throughout the system.

Abstract: A semiconductor fabrication apparatus having a process chamber and a handler which is provided for loading wafers into the process chamber or unloading wafers therefrom, comprising a plurality of switches for detecting positions of the handler and for generating detection signals in accordance with the positions; and an indicator for indicating normal operations of the switches. The indicator has relays operated in accordance with a voltage level of each of the detection signals; and LEDs associated with each of the relays, for identifying a normal operation of the handler. By confirming the conductive/nonconductive state of the LED, the operator can easily determine if the switches are accurately detecting the position of a load fork and/or an aligning plate.
