    Abstract: A lawnmower reel and drive motor assembly with a mower frame and a reel and post supported by the frame. The motor has an opening which receives the post, and the motor is supported by the post in mounting the motor on the frame. The post has a slot therethrough, and a flat spring extends through the slot and abuts the motor and the post to thereby releasably hold the motor relative to the frame.

    Abstract: A hydraulic system for propelling a vehicle, and with the system arranged with a pump and vehicle drive motors and valves and pilot lines. The operator can select an all-wheel drive or a lesser number of wheel drives. Also, there is a system automatic response to certain conditions of vehicle drive, whereupon the system activates to alter the drive to the various vehicle wheels, including changing from a four-wheel drive mode to a two-wheel drive mode. Further, the operator can override the system's own activation and thereby establish the two-wheel drive mode desired.

    Abstract: A reel-type lawn mower and tractor assembly which includes a pivotally-mounted lift arm on the tractor. A lawn mower is pivotally attached to the laterally extending end of the lift arm and is caster-connected relative to the lift arm by a device of an intervening link which is angulated to be at one elevation at the top of the mower and at a lower elevation to the rear of the mower where the connection is made with the tractor lift arm.

    Abstract: A mower-mounted grass catcher and reel lawn mower assembly and method of making same. The catcher has two spaced-apart bores which receive two pins on the mower for mounting the catcher in a cantilever manner and on the mower. The bores are strengthened and are located in the opposite sides of the catcher which also has two handles for maneuvering the catcher. The upper panel and the lower panel of the catcher, adjacent the opening for the clippings, are reinforced with ribbing. The catcher is molded for extra-strength in the area defining the bores.
