Abstract: Substituted diallylphenol derivatives are useful as reactive diluents for bismaleimides. Formulations comprising bismaleimides and substituted diallylphenol derivatives are particularly useful in resin transfer molding and filament winding techniques.

Abstract: A sample clock signal generator is implemented to output a signal that is phase-synchronized with an external signal having a frequency that is significantly lower than that of the output signal. The output signal is obtained by generating a series of time-separated signals each having the desired frequency and selecting as the output signal that one of the series having a falling edge occurring after a predetermined transition of the external signal.

Abstract: A voice-actuated switching system selectively connects multiple microphones to an audio line in accordance with the output signal levels from each of the microphones. The state of each microphone is determined by its use and can exit in one of three states: selected, mixed, or off. The microphone with the greatest output signal level at any given time is considered in the selected state and is selected for connecting to the audio line with no loss. Those microphones in the mixed state have their output signal levels attenuated before being connected to the audio line. And those microphones in the off state have their outputs essentially disconnected from the audio line. The user of a microphone while in the mixed state can be heard along with the user of a microphone while in the selected state although at a lower level.

Abstract: An aircraft safety alarm system for sounding an alarm that the aircraft engine may be started including outside mounted speaker alarm means and a switch activated by a user that couples a timer device to an alarm circuit for sounding an alarm outside the aircraft for a predetermined time period. The switch may be operated upon opening the aircraft door, operating the aircraft ignition switch or by fastening seat belts.
