The composition of the present invention reduces wrinkles and alleviates atopic dermatitis. In addition, the present invention provides a method for improving skin conditions, comprising the step of administering a composition containing the extracellular domain of human bone morphogenetic protein receptor 1a as an active ingredient to a subject.
