Abstract: A cutting apparatus includes: a stage on which is disposed a preliminary stacked body from which a cut stacked body having an edge is formed; a cutting unit movable along a first direction corresponding to an extension direction of the edge of the cut stacked body and with which the preliminary stacked body is cut to form the cut stacked body; a first detaching unit movable in a direction forming an acute angle with the first direction and including a first detaching tool which contacts the cut stacked body in detaching of the cut stacked body from the carrier substrate; and a second detaching unit movable in a direction parallel to the first direction and including a second detaching tool which is inserted between the cut stacked body and the carrier substrate in the detaching of the cut stacked body from the carrier substrate.

The through-hole extends along a thickness direction, the seating groove is connected to an t end of the through-hole and overlaps the through-hole in a plan view, the seating groove has a width greater than a diameter of the through-hole, the seating groove is defined under the through-hole, and the seating groove has a depth from about 10 micrometers to about 100 micrometers.

Abstract: An electronic device includes an electronic module which provides a function to the electronic device, a display panel comprising a first region, and a second region which is adjacent to the first region and corresponds to the electronic module, and a lower member below the display panel. The lower member includes an adhesive layer including a first adhesive portion which corresponds to the first region of the display panel and has an adhesive strength, and a second adhesive portion which corresponds to the second region of the display panel and has an adhesive strength lower than that of the first adhesive portion, together with a functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion and includes a plurality of fillers which are in a base layer and have an average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers.
