The plasma display panel according to the present invention comprises a plurality of discharge cells on which a Red phosphor, a Green phosphor and a Blue phosphor are coated, and a plurality of barrier ribs that partition the discharge cells having different phosphors coated thereon. A color layer having a predetermined color is formed on at least one of the plurality of barrier ribs. In accordance with the present invention, color layers are formed on barrier ribs of a plasma display panel to enhance a color temperature of phosphors coated on discharge cells. Accordingly, both emission efficiency and brightness can improve.
