The patterns in the variable coded aperture filter have different aperture degrees from each other so as to adjust an exposure amount, and accordingly, a subject which is extremely bright or extremely dark may be photographed and depth information and focus information may be obtained from the photographed image. Therefore, images of high image quality may be obtained in a large range of brightness variation.
