In the contact region, the first layer of the second portion is electrically connected to the first portion, and the second layer of the second portion is electrically connected to the first layer of the second portion.

Abstract: Proposed is an arrangement of local structures for TLP-type floating offshore wind turbine platform stress distribution and strength enhancement, the arrangement being characterized in that a plurality of supporting members of which at least one is elongated in a different direction protrudes from the bottom plate of a node, so the top plate of the node to which load is applied by a wind turbine is supported by the supporting members, stress is distributed, and damage to the top plate is prevented such that the wind turbine can be stably supported through the node.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic commercial method and system using a personal webpage having a price barcode. When a product is purchased online, a corresponding unique personal webpage is generated. The personal webpage is automatically removed by the use of the personal webpage, or an existing personal webpage is removed on a real-time basis when transferred to another user, thus preventing the forgery or falsification of a purchase history and improving the reliability and convenience of the transfer.

Abstract: A method for controlling semiconductor fabricating equipment includes receiving at a maintenance module in a host computer first maintenance data generated from semiconductor fabricating equipment. A value of the first data is compared with a predesignated first reference threshold at the maintenance module. A warning message is displayed on a display device, if the value of the first data is not less than the first reference threshold. If the value of the first data is not less than the first reference threshold, second maintenance data is received, and it is determined whether maintenance of the fabricating equipment occurred. If not, the value of the second data is compared with a predesignated second reference threshold at the maintenance module. If the value of the second data is not less than the second reference threshold, the fabricating equipment is interlocked by the maintenance module, and the fabricating equipment is stopped.
