Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a power steering apparatus of a vehicle that includes: a rack housing configured to surround a rack bar and having an opening portion formed at one side thereof through which a steering shaft passes; a torque sensor cover that has a torque sensor therein and has a communicating hole formed therein through which the steering shaft passes and a first penetration portion having a first through-hole formed therein through which the fastening member passes; and a cover connecting member that has an insertion portion and a second penetration portion in order to connect the rack housing and the torque sensor cover, the insertion portion having an insertion hole formed therein where the opening portion is inserted and coupled and the second penetration portion having a second through-hole that is formed therein to correspond to the fastening hole and through which the fastening member passes.

Abstract: Disclosed is a rack bush and a rack pinion type steering apparatus having the rack bush for a vehicle, which can smoothly support a load in an axial direction and a vertical direction of a rack bar so that it is possible to reduce abnormal abrasion of the rack bush, reduce a rattle noise caused by external force transferred through the rack bar during movement of the rack bar, and prevent damage to the rack bar and a pinion through distribution of the load due to an external impact on the shaft.

Abstract: A pinion valve body and a vehicle pinion valve assembly with the valve body are disclosed. The pinion valve body has a lower sleeve integrally formed by a sintering process along with upper splines to block an oil leakage and thus there are no needs any more for the conventional separate lower sleeve as well as the associated machining of sleeve fitting areas on the valve body and the process of press-fitting such sleeve all together, thereby effectively reducing the general manufacturing steps and their cost.

Abstract: A filter includes top and bottom support frames, and one or more middle support frames, which are arranged in such a manner that a second stepped area recessed by a predetermined depth from the outer circumferential surfaces of the top and bottom support frames is formed by the top and bottom support frames and the middle support frames. A pressure control valve of an electronically controllable power steering apparatus includes: a hollow valve body having a first stepped area with a predetermined depth, the first stepped area being formed on the outer circumferential surface of the valve body, where a supply port is formed; and the above-mentioned filter, the filter being fitted in the first stepped area of the valve body. The filter can minimize change of pressure at the filter area while assuring smooth supply of the hydraulic fluid, and can reduce the number of parts, the number of fabricating steps, and the material costs of such a pressure control valve.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a gear ratio variable type steering device which includes a variable gear mechanism between a steering wheel and a gear box for varying a gear ratio based on the speed of a vehicle. The variable gear mechanism includes an input shaft for receiving a rotational force of the steering wheel, an output shaft for transferring a rotational force to the gear box, a variable pulley installed in the outer portions of the input shaft and the output shaft and moved in the axial direction, a belt for connecting the variable pulley, and a motor for varying a gear ratio by moving the variable pulley in the axial direction.
