  • Publication number: 20250080644
Abstract: Audio qualities of a call and of a call recording are identified and compared to authenticate the call recording as a true representation of the call. A call is enabled between two or more participants, and the call is recorded to generate a call recording. The call recording is authenticated based on a match between audio watermarks included within the call and audio watermarks included within the call recording. • Patent number: 12244898
Abstract: A content recommendation system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a system memory storing a content surfacing software code providing a user interface. The hardware processor executes the content surfacing software code to receive an initiation signal identifying a user, and, in response, identify content items as desirable content items to the user based on the user and metadata describing each of the desirable content items. In addition, the content surfacing software code generates a networked map of nodes corresponding respectively to the desirable content items, where the distances between nodes are based on the similarity of the metadata describing the desirable content items corresponding to the nodes. The content surfacing software code further outputs the networked map for display to the user via the user interface, the nodes being displayed as thumbnail images depicting the desirable content and selectable by the user.

  • Patent number: 12241053
Abstract: Dysfunctional or exhausted T cells arise in chronic diseases including chronic viral infections and cancer, and express high levels of co-inhibitory receptors. Therapeutic blockade of these receptors has clinical efficacy in the treatment of cancer. While co-inhibitory receptors are co-expressed, the triggers that induce them and the transcriptional regulators that drive their co-expression have not been identified. The immunoregulatory cytokine IL-27 induces a gene module in T cells that includes several known co-inhibitory receptors (Tim-3, Lag-3, and TIGIT). The present invention provides a novel immunoregulatory network as well as novel cell surface molecules that have an inhibitory function in the tumor microenvironment. The present invention further provides the novel discovery that the transcription factors Prdm1 and c-Maf cooperatively regulate the expression of the co-inhibitory receptor module.

  • Publication number: 20250071391
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that allow for providing targeted asset/advertisements for broadcast-wide programming feeds. The systems and methods allow network platforms to select among asset options provided with a content stream and/or replace assets in the content stream. In one arrangement, after selecting an asset, the asset is inserted into the content stream and the content stream is disseminated to subsequent network platforms (e.g., local platforms). At this time, the local platforms may insert local assets into the content stream in predetermined local asset insertion spots.

  • Patent number: 12228393
Abstract: A tool, such as a tape measure, including a spring-based retraction system is shown. Various spring-based retraction system embodiments are configured to decrease the size occupied by the spring within the tape measure housing, which consequently reduces tape measure housing size providing a more compact tape measure. Various spring-based retraction system embodiments are configured to control retraction of the tape measure in a manner that reduces whip or otherwise controls tape blade retraction. Some retraction system embodiments utilize a reduction gear train, and others utilize a compression spring and a transmission system that converts rotational movement of the tape reel to axial movement, which compresses the spring.

  • Publication number: 20250047925
Abstract: Assets of broadcast network content are targeted to network users of interest based on location information regarding user equipment devices. Asset providers can specify location targeting criteria via a graphical user interface displaying mapping information. This location targeting criteria can then be compared to location information regarding user equipment devices so that assets are delivered to appropriate devices. The comparison of the location targeting criteria to the device location information can be performed at the user equipment devices or at another location. In the latter case, the assets can be addressed to appropriate user equipment devices or appropriate user equipment devices can be directed to select the asset, which is broadcast via the network. In this manner, assets can be targeted to individual network users on a basis independent of network topology.
