  • Patent number: 11806572
Abstract: A foot support assembly for an exercise machine may be configured for sing-hand operation (e.g., cinching or releasing of the foot strap). The foot support assembly may include a footplate coupled to the frame of the exercise machine and configured to support the user's foot during exercise and a strap coupled to the footplate and configured to resist separation of the user's foot from the footplate. The strap is operatively associated with a quick release ratchet mechanism, which is configured to be unlocked simply by pressing a lever of the ratchet to allow the ratchet strip to reverse, releasing the user's foot from the strap. The foot support assembly may be provided on each side of the seat rail of a rowing machine, which may alternatively or additionally include a multi-grip handle including a plurality of grip portions configured to position the user's hand at different orientations to one another.

  • Patent number: 10853515
Abstract: A method and system for securely storing and accessing sensitive user data (e.g., personally identifying information or PII) is described. In an aspect, PII is divided into a plurality of separately stored data stores based on what type or field of PII are collected. Each piece of PII data or PII datum is associated with a unique code so as to form data pairs comprising the PII datum and the unique code associated with that PII datum. A tumbler data structure allows secure association of the unique codes for the PII data for each user. Once the tumbler data structure is unlocked, a provider can search and access the PII data of its users.

  • Patent number: 10569906
Abstract: A method of making a rotor blade assembly includes receiving a sheath assembly and a blade body at a blade assembly tool. The sheath assembly is spread by applying force to an interior surface of the sheath assembly. The blade body is inserted within the interior of the sheath assembly, registered with the sheath assembly, and the force removed from the interior surface of the sheath assembly such that the sheath assembly collapses on the blade body.

  • Patent number: 10162885
Abstract: A method for providing information to a user in response to a received user query. A natural language analysis generates substrings relevant to an input user query pertaining to a problem a user experiences with a product or service. An ontology analysis outputs: terms of an ontology matching the relevant generated substrings; and relationships between the terms. Elements of a perfect or complete query are captured and include information pertaining to the user's problem. The input user query is refined based on the outputted terms and relationships between the terms. A search query is performed, based on the refined user query. The results of the search are provided to the user.
