Abstract: A receptacle device includes a casing having a plurality of recesses for receiving receptacles therein. Each of said receptacles has two notches in two sides thereof. A panel has two hooks for being engaged with said two notches and at least two holes are defined through said panel and located in alignment with two slots in said receptacle. A pivotable member is pivotably engaged with the panel and a spring is biased between an end of said pivotable member and an inner periphery of said recess. Two plates respectively extend from a side of said pivotable member and each has a sloped surface and seal said two slots in said receptacle. The panel is pivoted when terminal plates of a plug slidably push the two plates of the pivotable member.

Abstract: A plug includes a housing having a compartment, a base mounted in the housing, two blades securely attached to the base, and a grounding prong that is electrically connected to an external grounding wire. The base includes an inner side facing the compartment of the housing and an outer side facing away from the compartment of the housing. A receiving member extends from the inner side of the base and locates in the compartment. The grounding prong includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the grounding prong is securely, releasably engaged with the base with the second end of the grounding prong extended out of the housing for use with a socket with a ground slot. The grounding prong is removably received in a receptacle of the receiving member when used with a socket without a ground slot.

A fuse casing is mounted in the housing and includes a main casing body having an access defined in an upper side thereof through which a fuse is passable and a side opening defined in a side thereof, and a side lid is removably mounted to the side opening.

Abstract: A plug includes a compartment defined therein, an end face through which first and second blades extend and having an opening defined therein in communication with the compartment, a fuse casing mounted in the compartment for receiving a fuse therein and having an access through which the fuse is passable, a first wire, a second wire in electrical connection with the second blade, a first conductive piece mounted to the fuse casing and in electrical connection with the fuse and the first blade, a second conductive piece mounted to the fuse casing and in electrical connection with the fuse and the first wire, and a lid removably mounted to the end face to cover the opening.
