Abstract: A medical device for transferring a fluid from a pharmaceutical flexible container is disclosed. The medical device comprises a top part, a center part, a breakable zone between the top part and the center part and an insert part. The insert part comprises a third enclosure enclosing a second tunnel; and the top side of the third enclosure comprising a membrane, wherein a top surface of the membrane seals the third opening of the second enclosure.
