    Abstract: A transportable holder for an electrically powered heated styling instrument including an insulated body portion for containing a recently used styling instrument that is still hot, with the walled body portion having insulating properties to prevent heat transmission from the instrument to the exterior of the body portion which may be contacted for handling by an individual. A closure member is also provided to secure the instrument within the holder and cord holding hooks are provided to retain the cord on the holder.
