  • Patent number: 10495662
Abstract: A multifunction probe for primary references for an aircraft, an associated measuring system, aircraft and method for obtaining physical quantities are disclosed. In one aspect, the multifunction probe includes a base designed to be fastened on the cockpit of an aircraft, a plurality of static pressure taps arranged through the base and connected to pressure measuring devices and an optical window transparent to laser radiation and positioned in the base for the passage of laser radiation through the base. The multifunction probe further includes at least one laser anemometry optical head positioned to take laser anemometry measurements through the optical window and a static temperature probe mounted on the base.

  • Patent number: 9965963
Abstract: A method for monitoring the flight trajectory of an aircraft comprises the steps reiterated in time consisting in receiving and comparing two trajectory objects, the trajectory objects being associated with two initially identical flight trajectories determined independently of each other over time; and, in case of difference between the two trajectory objects, determining a failed trajectory from the two flight trajectories by comparison with the last known state without fault, the last known state without fault corresponding to two identical trajectory objects. Developments describe the use of flight plan segments, of signatures, fault isolation simultaneously to a change of current leg, the use of levels of operational safety according to an RNP-AR procedure and the notification of the pilot of the trajectory determined as having failed. Software and system aspects are also described.

  • Publication number: 20140180503
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for estimating flight parameters of an aircraft, having a plurality of static pressure ports and a plurality of measuring probes, each measuring probe having an aerial portion and an electronic device configured to estimate the flight parameters. A first and second measuring probe have identical aerial portions and identical electronic devices, a third measuring probe has an aerial portion and an electronic device that are different from those of the first measuring probe; the electronic devices of the first, second and third measuring probes and the static pressure ports are connected so as to form a first, second and a third data system respectively associated with a static pressure port, and each static pressure port of each of the data systems is separate from each static pressure port of the other data systems.
