    Abstract: A fluid valve for a hydraulic circuit of an aircraft includes a valve body with an inlet and two outlets. The valve further includes a solenoid electric actuator with a ferromagnetic mobile driver and a valve member having a ferromagnetic portion/The valve member is movable within the valve body along a main direction and has first and second ends that define first and second cavities, respectively, on opposite sides of the valve member. A longitudinal cavity extends through the valve member parallel to the main direction and opens into the second cavity. Relative displacement between the mobile driver and the valve member modifies a communication between the longitudinal cavity and the first cavity via a side opening that is perpendicular to the main direction.

The valve member includes a longitudinal hole that can be blocked by the pilot so as to modify the pressure prevailing in the first cavity and the force acting on the valve member so as to vary a fluid flow rate between an inlet and two outlets. The valve member is attached to a piston, one end of which is located in a third cavity. The force acting on the valve member is determined by the pressures prevailing in the various cavities.

A valve member is movable inside valve body to at least partially block a passage between said inlet and one of the two outlets. The valve member at least partially defines first and second cavities. A fixed limiter is disposed within the communication channel such that a displacement of the movable pilot causes a variation in pressure in one of the first and second cavities to produce a force for moving the valve member.

The valve also includes a main shutter for the main passage, the main shutter including an auxiliary inlet, an auxiliary outlet, and an auxiliary passage, in which an auxiliary shutter is arranged, which includes a closing surface configured to close the auxiliary outlet and be able to drive the main shutter in the closing direction, and a drive surface configured to drive the main shutter in the opening direction, while resting on the edge of the auxiliary inlet and blocking the auxiliary inlet partially in order to brake the flow there. The drive surface is formed by drive lugs which are connected to a head of the auxiliary shutter. The lugs form a bayonet coupling between the shutters. The present application also relates to an electrovalve.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an electromagnetic valve for distributing cryogenic propellant for a space launch vehicle. The valve comprises two seats each oriented in a direction opposite to the other seat; a passage connecting the seats; and two shutters opening and closing the seats. The valve also comprises a magnetic circuit with a magnetic coil and a magnetic plunger that is driven by the magnetic flux of the coil and which in turn drives the shutters relative to their respective seats so as to open and close the seats. The plunger is placed between the shutters such that each shutter closes its seat by moving the plunger away from the corresponding seat. The movement for opening a seat is performed by moving the plunger towards the seat so that it does not crush the shutters against their seats.

The portions are fitted one inside the other and define air gaps E2 and E3 therebetween. The valve includes a magnet and a spring on either side of a secondary portion to hold the secondary portion in the closed position, distancing a ball from the exhaust seat.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electromagnetic actuator. The actuator comprises a casing, a sleeve, coils, a permanent magnet, cores and a movable plunger. The present disclosure is unusual in that the sleeve is made of magnetic material. The sleeve enables a single component to mechanically and hydraulically isolate the plunger from the coils. The sleeve is also made of a material having a lower saturation induction than that of the materials used in other parts of the magnetic circuit. The actuator is also suitable for incorporation into a submerged cryogenic valve.
