  • Publication number: 20200275688
Abstract: An aerosol generating material is disclosed containing a reconstituted cocoa bean husk material. The reconstituted material can contain extracted cocoa husk fibers in combination with web building fibers, such as softwood fibers. The reconstituted cocoa husk material is capable of generating an aerosol, such as a smoke, that has a very mild and neutral taste without any harsh components. The reconstituted cocoa husk material contains no nicotine and produces lower tar than conventional tobacco materials. The material can be used to produce nicotine-free and/or tobacco-free aerosol generating products. Alternatively, the reconstituted cocoa husk material can be combined with tobacco materials for reducing nicotine and tar deliveries.

  • Publication number: 20200253269
Abstract: An aerosol generating material is disclosed containing a blend of at least two plant fibers or aerosol generating materials. The reconstituted material can contain at least one of extracted cannabis fibers and extracted cocoa husk fibers, in combination with at least one of extracted tobacco fibers, tobacco materials, extracted herbal plant fibers, and aerosol generating herbal plant materials. The reconstituted plant fiber material is capable of generating an aerosol, such as a smoke, that has a very mild and neutral or natural taste without any harsh components. The reconstituted plant fiber material contains no nicotine, low or no amounts of other active compounds, such as THC, and contains low to no amounts of harsh combustible compounds, such as tar.

  • Publication number: 20200253264
Abstract: An aerosol generating material is disclosed containing a reconstituted cannabis material. The reconstituted material can contain extracted cannabis fibers in combination with web building fibers, such as softwood fibers. The reconstituted cannabis material is capable of generating an aerosol, such as a smoke, that can have a conventional cannabis taste with reduced amounts of irritants and harsh components. In one embodiment, the reconstituted cannabis material is formed from plants that are low in cannabinoids, such as THC. Cannabinoids, such as THC and/or CBD, can then be topically applied to the reconstituted plant material for not only controlling the amount of cannabinoids contained in an aerosol generated by the material but also for producing consistent and uniform deliveries.

  • Patent number: 10254919
Abstract: Methods and systems may provide for identifying a first user selection of one or more objects in an interface, and determining a tag associated with a second user selection. The first user selection can be a single-click selection and the second user selection may correspond to one of a tagged object and a tag. In addition, a tag relationship may be created between the one or more objects of the first user selection and the tag associated with the second user selection. If the second user selection is previous to the first user selection, the tag relationship can be created in response to the first user selection. If the second user selection is subsequent to the first user selection, the tag relationship may be created in response to the second user selection.

  • Patent number: 10098378
Abstract: A smoking article formed from a tobacco material that includes tobacco non-isometric precipitated calcium carbonate microparticles is provided. The non-isometric microparticles typically have a mean diameter of from about 50 nanometers to about 3 micrometers, in some embodiments from about 80 nanometers to about 1 micrometer, in some embodiments from about 100 nanometers to about 400 nanometers, and in some embodiments, from about 200 nanometers to about 300 nanometers. Such non-isometric particles may have an elongated morphology so that the length of the microparticles is greater than the diameter. This may be characterized by the “aspect ratio” of the microparticles (length divided by width), which is typically from about 1 to about 15, in some embodiments from about 2 to about 12, and in some embodiments, from about 3 to about 10.
