Patent number: 9513078Abstract: A firearm barrel accessory that quick connects and disconnects to a firearm barrel by rotating is described. The accessory may be a firearm suppressor with a silencer barrel, a mount retention ring located inside the silencer barrel that includes longitudinal grooves that lead to circumferential grooves that have a first radial side and a second radial side. The firearm barrel is attached to a muzzle break that may include a plurality of lugs that fit into longitudinal grooves. After placement in the longitudinal grooves, the silencer barrel and mount retention ring are rotated/twisted about the silencer barrel longitudinal axis so that the circumferential grooves move relative to the lugs until the lugs contact the second radial side, at which point the mount retention ring ceases to rotate while the silencer barrel continues to rotate. A ratchet retention ring may exert tension on the mount retention ring in the rearward direction.Type: GrantFiled: May 17, 2016Date of Patent: December 6, 2016Assignee: Precision Tooling Products, LLCInventors: Joshua S. Publication number: 20070082171Abstract: A mat for simulating natural terrain for use in an indoors display is the subject of this invention. The mat comprises a sheet of water impervious resinous material, a water base latex emulsion coating applied to the resinous material and a quantity of terrain simulating particles which are adhered to the sheet by the dried coating. The particles are fixed to the sheet by a sealant which is sprayed on the particles after the coating has dried. The particles may comprise flocking, ground foam rubber or rigid solid pieces. The invention also encompasses a method of preparing a simulated natural terrain utilizing the mat as afore described. This method includes outlining desired terrain features, applying water to the outlined area, scraping the substrate to remove particles from the outlined area and then coloring the area.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2005Publication date: April 12, 2007Inventor: C. Publication number: 20050167037Abstract: A Method and Article for Decorating a Model Racing Car is disclosed. The article comprises a sheet holding a transferable design and comprising a film layer with a printed design which is sized to cover substantially the entire body of a model racing car. The layer of pigmented adhesive covers one side of said film and a release sheet is adhered to this pigmented adhesive layer. A water absorbent sheet covers the side of the film opposite the above-referenced adhesive layer and includes a water soluble adhesive layer which adheres to the design carrying film. The method includes removing the release sheet to expose the pigmented adhesive layer which is then placed over the car body. A quantity of water sufficient to dissolve the adhesive on the back side of the water absorbent sheet is then applied so that this sheet can also be removed. The design carrying film is then conformed to the shape of the model racing car and excess material is trimmed away using a knife.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 2, 2004Publication date: August 4, 2005Inventor: C. Publication number: 20050079788Abstract: A weight and method of providing mass for a model racing car is the subject of the present application. The weight is comprised of two portions. The first portion simulates the undercarriage of an automobile and the second portion comprises multiple components joined by lines of weakness. The multiple components of the second portion can be broken away to vary the total mass of the weight. The method comprises forming a weight having a first component of the configuration of an automobile undercarriage and a second component comprised of a plurality of sections joined by lines of weakness and the step of attaching the weight to the bottom of a model racing car. Portions of one of the components may be removed to vary the total mass.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 8, 2003Publication date: April 14, 2005Inventor: C. Fulton

Low-maintenance system for maintaining a cargo in a refrigerated condition over an extended duration
Patent number: 5555733Abstract: A system for maintaining a cargo in a refrigerated condition over an extended duration employs an insulated enclosure having both a cargo-enclosing portion and a carbon dioxide-enclosing portion separated by an insulated barrier. A finite amount of solid carbon dioxide is placed in the carbon dioxide-enclosing portion at the beginning of the duration. By properly insulating the barrier to provide a rate of heat transfer within a predetermined range, the cargo is maintained in a refrigerated condition without replenishing the solid carbon-dioxide for uniquely lengthy durations. Such durations are especially maximized by employing such enclosures in the form of cargo-carrying containers of generally rectangular shape stackable vertically atop one another and/or in close side-by-side relation to one another.Type: GrantFiled: December 8, 1995Date of Patent: September 17, 1996Inventors: John K. Claterbos, Stephen C. Fulton -

Patent number: 4293009Abstract: A clamp on gas cylinder filling head comprising an on/off valve and incorporating a bobbin which is extended by the initial pressure of the gas to be transferred. The bobbin, in conjunction with a clamp bar being an integral part of the head and spaced outwardly of the main body thereof clamps the head to and opens the inlet of a cylinder being charged. This halted movement of the bobbin causes a back-pressure within the head which forces a shuttle or spool valve mounted within a chamber of the gas inlet passage of the head to move from its state of rest to open the inlet passage to an outlet port to achieve discharge. Closing of the valve relieves the pressure within the head allowing return means for the bobbin to operate thus removing the clamping action thereof.Type: GrantFiled: September 11, 1979Date of Patent: October 6, 1981Inventor: Hugh C.
