  • Patent number: 7321683
Abstract: A method for independently adjusting six color classes with the consideration of boundary colors on a display device comprises steps of: detecting a plurality of pixels of a display device and calculate a first tint and a second tint of the pixels; defining a first pixel, the first tint and second tint of the first pixel both locating in the targeted color class; defining a second pixel, the second pixel being close to the first pixel, and the first tint and the second tint of the second pixel both locating in the neighboring of the targeted color class; defining a third pixel, said third pixel being neither the first pixel nor the second pixel; finding the first pixel and second pixel and adjusting their colors; and finding the third pixel and keeping its original color.

  • Publication number: 20050223548
Abstract: A cable connector compression tool includes a left handle and a right handle that are pivotally engaged with each other. The right handle is at a first position spaced from the left handle at a selected distance in normal conditions, and may be moved close to the left handle at a second position. It also has a compression dock which includes a first member, a second member and a housing member. The housing member is located in the first and second member to allow the second member to slide linearly and reciprocally in the first member. When the right handle is moved from the first position to the second position, the second member is driven to compress the cable located in the housing member, or stripping and cutting operations may be performed through a cutter seat and a stripping seat located on the left handle and the right handle.

  • Publication number: 20030177586
Abstract: A combination cable connector compression tool for fastening a coaxial cable to a cable connector can also perform stripping, cutting and compression functions. The invention includes a pliers body and a pliers stem movably and pivotally engaging with the pliers body. The pliers stem may be located at a first position spaced a selected distance from the pliers body and a second position close to the pliers body. In the moving displacement, the pliers stem drives and moves a compression head to perform compression operations. There is a cutting section and a stripping section located at corresponding locations of the pliers body and pliers stem. The pliers stem clamps the coaxial cable on the stripping section to perform stripping operations at the first position, and holds the coaxial cable on the cutting section to perform cutting operations at the second position. All of the required operations for fastening the coaxial cable to the cable connector can be performed by the tool of the invention.

  • Patent number: 6173466
Abstract: A pliers for forming electrical connectors includes a body, connecting members, a sliding block, and a pliers' arm pivotably joined together. The body includes a jaw, an angled handle, a recess in the jaw, and connector cavities. The sliding block provided in the recess includes an engagement portion slidable with respect to the recess. The pliers' arm has a top cam member being pivotably secured to the jaw. The connecting members are interconnected between the sliding block and cam member. As such, the pliers' arm is operable to pivot about the handle which in turn moves the sliding block through the pivotal movement of the cam member and the linear movement of connecting member so as to move the engagement portion into the connector cavities to press on connectors.

  • Patent number: 5006200
Abstract: A method of bonding copper and resin comprising the steps of:(a) forming a layer of copper oxide on the surface of copper by oxidation of copper;(b) reducing the layer of copper oxide thus formed to cuprous oxide with a reducing solution of a controlled concentration and controlled pH at a controlled temperature under a circulated condition within a controlled period of time to modify its morphology; and(c) bonding the surface of the cuprous oxide formed by the reduction and a resin together by heat-pressing.

  • Patent number: 4691496
Abstract: A monitoring and control system for a fluid container filler line having an empty container in-feed conveyor (11), a multivalve fill station (14), a multihead scanner station (17), a discharge conveyor (20) and a fill height detector (25), the system comprising a sensing module (22) having a first sensor (44) to indicate the first of a sequence of numbered valves with means to reset a valve counter, a second sensor (45) to count each valve of the sequence and controller means (50) responsive to said sensors to spacially track each container (12) through the system and to identify the particular fill valve for each particular container. A detector (54) is responsive to the controller and signals from the height detector to detect an improperly filled faulty container and identify the particular number valve which did the faulty filling.

  • Patent number: 4382239
Abstract: An improved system is described for cooling high power waveguides by the use of cooling ducts extending along the waveguide, which minimizes hot spots at the flanges where waveguide sections are connected together. The cooling duct (24) extends along substantially the full length of the waveguide section, and each flange (18, 20) at the end of the section has a through hole (36) with an inner end connected to the duct and an opposite end that can be aligned with a flange hole in another waveguide section. Each flange (20) is formed with a drainage groove (60) in its face, between the through hole (36) and the waveguide conduit (16) to prevent leakage of cooling fluid into the waveguide. The ducts have narrowed sections (32, 34) immediately adjacent to the flanges to provide room for the installation of fasteners closely around the waveguide channel.
