Positions in the geographic region where the uniquely identifying characteristics are collected and the times of these collections as the individual moves about the geographic region are also captured. Data is stored for detections of the uniquely identifying characteristics, times of detections and the positions where the uniquely identifying characteristics are detected as the individual moves about the geographic region.
