Abstract: An apparatus for charging and discharging an electrical device in vehicle is provided. The apparatus comprises a switch, first and second power sources, and first and second contactors. The first power source is configured to provide a low voltage. The switch is configured to enable/disable the first power source. The second power source is configured to provide a high voltage for charging the electrical device. The first contactor is operably coupled to the first power source and to the second power source, the first contactor being configured to enable the second power source to provide the high voltage for charging the electrical device in response to the switch enabling the first power source. The second contactor is operably coupled to the first power source and to the second power source, the second contactor being in an open state in response to the switch enabling the first power supply.

Abstract: A leaded semiconductor power module includes a first heatsink, an electrically insulated substrate thermally coupled to the first heatsink, one or more semiconductor chips, a leadframe substrate, and a second heatsink thermally coupled to the leadframe substrate, the assembly being overmolded with an encapsulant to expose the first heatsink, the second heatsink and peripheral terminals of the leadframe substrate. The semiconductor chips are electrically and structurally coupled to both the insulated substrate and the leadframe substrate, and conductive spacers electrically and structurally couple the insulated substrate to the leadframe substrate.

Abstract: A device facilitating transmission of audio content to an audio device such as an FM or AM radio, through a wireless communication device, such as a cell phone. The wireless communication device downloads the content from a remote depository and provides the content to a bridge comprising a FM or AM modulates the content onto a carrier frequency for transmission and receipt of such content by a radio receiver.
