  • Patent number: 12285592
Abstract: Techniques disclosed herein relate to infusion devices and alerts. In some embodiments, the techniques may involve identifying an amount of future insulin deliveries to be delivered by an infusion device. The techniques may further involve determining a homeostasis metric by predicting a change in a current glucose measurement value based on accounting for metabolism of a current amount of active insulin and the amount of future insulin deliveries. The techniques may further involve generating an alert based at least in part on the homeostasis metric.

  • Patent number: 12260639
Abstract: A method for automatically annotating an intended video with at least one personalized recap video based on previously viewed videos is provided. The method may include automatically tracking user viewership of the previously viewed videos, and in response to detecting an intention to view the intended video: automatically identifying and extracting a subset of video footage from one or more of the previously viewed videos based on the tracked user viewership and based on a determined relevancy of the subset of video footage to content in the intended video; generating the at least one personalized recap video by compiling and sorting the extracted subset of video footage from the one or more previously viewed videos into a compilation video; and annotating the intended video with the at least one personalized video by presenting the at least one personalized recap video on the intended video.

  • Patent number: 11658378
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for vertically transitioning signals between substrate integrated waveguides within a multilayered printed circuit board (PCB) are disclosed. A first substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is provided in a first layer of the PCB, the first SIW having a first terminal portion. A second SIW is provided in a second layer of the PCB, the second SIW having a second terminal portion that overlaps with the first terminal portion, wherein a first ground plane separates the first SIW and the second SIW. A vertical transition comprising an aperture in the first ground plane that is disposed in an area defined by the overlap of the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion, such that a signal propagated in the first SIW transitions to the second SIW in a different layer through the aperture.
