  • Patent number: 12133617
Abstract: A dispenser for rolled paper includes a shell mounted to a spindle assembly which is mounted to a wall for convenient access in a bathroom or other facility. The dispenser also includes a lid assembly mounted to the shell and spindle assembly for rotational or pivotal movement to and between closed and open configurations. When in the closed configuration, a free edge of the paper roll may be pulled from the roll and the roll rotates on the spindle assembly for dispensing the paper. The paper roll may be inspected and/or replaced by rotation of the lid assembly about a pivot pin to an open configuration. Cooperating cam and cam surfaces and the bias of a spring on the pivot pin urge the lid assembly away from the shell during rotation toward the open configuration to allow for proper clearance and positioning of the lid assembly relative to the shell.

  • Publication number: 20240277154
Abstract: A reclining mechanism is connected to the frame of a folding chair to allow the back of the folding chair to move relative to a seat portion of the chair. The mechanism has a tension spring that resists the movement of the back of the chair in a rearward motion and may assist in returning the back portion to a more upright position.

  • Patent number: 11992115
Abstract: A hammock frame allows for the connection of one end of a hammock to a structure at the location and the other end to a hammock frame. The attachment of the hammock frame to the structure is non-permanent and does not damage the surface of the structure. The hammock frame is collapsible, allowing it to be easily transported with the hammock. The hammock frame provides the second point of connection for the hammock, allowing it to be used most anywhere.

  • Patent number: 11986576
Abstract: An air-treating apparatus for dispensing a volatilizable material, such as air freshener fragrance, into the atmosphere of an enclosed area. The apparatus includes a housing and a reservoir of the volatilizable material therein, and also includes a multiple-configured air flow path arrangement which enables air-flow through the apparatus in multiple configurations. The apparatus enables use of the consistent delivery rates of a volatilizable material producing a more consistent delivery rate than normally achieved with such devices.

  • Publication number: 20240117754
Abstract: A gas turbine engine component includes a structural component having a surface, the structural component having an organic matrix composite material; and a cured thermal barrier layer on the surface, wherein the cured thermal barrier layer is a pre-ceramic layer including inorganic matrix containing silicon oxides reinforced with glass or quartz fibers.

  • Patent number: 11857126
Abstract: A dispenser bottle containing liquid may be mounted to a wall by a mounting assembly including a base and a carriage plate. Amounting bracket may be anchored to the wall and the carriage plate is coupled to the mounting bracket and is spring biased toward an extended configuration relative to the mounting bracket. A release pin maintains the carriage plate and base in a retracted configuration. A collar projects from an upper end of the mounting bracket to capture a neck of the bottle. A projection extends upwardly from the base and into a socket on the bottom of the bottle when seated on the base. The combination of the mating socket and projection at the base and the collar around the neck of the bottle inhibits removal of the bottle from the mounting assembly when in the retracted configuration.

  • Patent number: 11641986
Abstract: Dispensers are capable of being used in one orientation for dispensing paper towels upwardly when situated on a countertop and also in a second orientation for dispensing paper towels downwardly when mounted on a wall or other surface. Moreover, the dispensers can be easily modified to present a different finish by installing the desired outer shell components on the dispenser. The dispenser utilizes an inner cartridge adapted to house a stack of interleaved paper towels. The paper towels are urged by a spring toward a dispensing slot situated on a housing surrounding the cartridge. The spring urges the leading paper towel in the stack toward the dispensing slot in either orientation for convenient access to the towel by a user.

  • Patent number: 11576534
Abstract: A liquid dispenser includes of a bottle for housing the liquid, a pumping mechanism for discharging liquid from the bottle, and a boss that is connected to and extends from the bottom of the bottle. The boss on the bottle mates with a socket in a base to selectively secure the bottle to the base and a countertop or wall mounted support. The boss and socket are shaped so as to allow for a single orientation of the bottle. The combination of the boss on the bottle and the socket in the base provides a counter-top mounting system to securely anchor the liquid dispensing device. The apparatus also allows the soap reservoir to be easily refilled and utilizes readily available pump components.

  • Publication number: 20220269233
Abstract: A method of live monitoring of long-term and/or multi-channel reactions may include: controlling a chemical reaction apparatus via a modular control system, collecting reaction data via the digital and analog input ports, logging the reaction data via a data logging module configured to transmit the reaction data to a remote data server for data storage, periodically querying a remote interlock server for an emergency stop instruction via an emergency stop controller, inputting the emergency stop instruction into the remote interlock server via a remote user interface, executing, in response to receiving the emergency stop instruction, one or more emergency stop actions. The modular control system may include: a digital control module in electrical communication with digital input and output ports; an analog control module in electrical communication with analog input and output ports; and a pneumatic control module in pneumatic communication with pneumatic output ports.
