  • Patent number: 7833602
Abstract: A vehicular floor mat constructed of a plurality of hollow tubes, at least two spaced-apart through holes along a length of the hollow tubes for receiving at least two threaded rods, a plurality of tubular spacers positioned inbetween two adjacent hollow rods for maintaining a predetermined distance between the hollow tubes, and a nut engaging the ends of the threaded rods to hold the hollow tubes together forming a floor mat.

  • Publication number: 20070141653
Abstract: A method for diagnosing the presence in an animal of an infection due to a microorganism in which a test sample obtained from the animal is exposed to a population of the microorganism and the presence of binding of the microorganism by an antibody in the test sample is determined.
    Type: Application
    Filed: February 1, 2007
    Publication date: June 21, 2007
    Inventors: Shigetoshi Eda, C. Speer
  • Publication number: 20070054334
Abstract: Antigens are removed from the surface of an organism, such as a microorganism, without disrupting the organism and releasing internal antigens of the organism. The free surface antigens of the organism may be used to determine the presence of infection in an animal due to the organism by determining the presence of antibodies that bind to the free surface antigens in a sample obtained from the animal.

  • Patent number: 4145801
Abstract: An improved method of deforming an integral hollow rivet from an outwardly projecting bubble portion formed in sheet material is provided comprising the step of deforming a generally circular portion of the sheet material within the area of the bubble portion inwardly of the general plane of the sheet material, during the step of deforming the bubble portion into a hollow rivet.

  • Patent number: 3977341
Abstract: An easy opening container component and a method and tools for forming the same are provided in which the container component includes a substantially rigid inwardly displaceable opening panel including a V-shaped weakening indentation therearound in the public or exterior surface of the component providing a fracturable web at the root of the indentation adapted to be fractured by inwardly directed pressure digitally applied against an integral outwardly projecting deflectable portion of the container component around the opening panel. The V-shaped indentation may be formed in the exterior surface of the container component while the opposite surface lies against a rounded anvil which forms an inwardly concave undersurface on the non-public surface of the container component, and may be formed in sheet metal without destroying the integrity of a protective coating on the interior surface thereof.
