    Abstract: An OLED device is provided, including a substrate and a plurality of OLED subpixels arranged on the substrate. An insulating barrier is provided between every two adjacent OLED subpixels with different colors, and the barrier is configured to block a carrier diffusion between the two adjacent OLED subpixels. The disclosure further provides a display apparatus including the OLED device, which can prevent the light emission crosstalk between the adjacent OLED subpixels and avoid the color coordinate shift of the OLED subpixels.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method for same, and a display panel are provided. In the manufacturing method, ion doping is performed once on an active layer, and the doped active layer forms a first doped region and a second doped region through a predetermined process. On the basis of a current process and without increasing the quantity of masks, a PMOS LDD structure is added to an AMOLED. This effectively reduces a period of a panel array manufacturing process and reduces manufacturing costs.

    Abstract: The technical field of display device is related to. A display screen is disclosed. The display screen includes an integrated circuit board and an organic insulating film. A power signal line is arranged on the integrated circuit board. The organic insulating film is provided with a plurality of grooves with an equal distance thereamong, and a cathode is arranged on the organic insulating film. The cathode is buried in a groove and contacts the power signal line, or an anode is arranged on the cathode, is buried in the groove, and contacts the power signal line. The organic insulating film near an interface between the anode and the cathode is flat, and a disconnection would not occur to the cathode that is formed under the anode. Therefore, a signal of the integrated circuit board can be transmitted to the cathode in the active area, and display defect of the panel will not be resulted in. A width of the anode is reduced, and the anode is buried in the groove.

A laser lift-off procedure is applied to separate the rigid substrate and the flexible basal layer for getting a flexible OLED panel.
