Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and relates to novel use of a kinase inhibitor. Disclosed is use of a compound of general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or crystal form thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for treating and/or preventing prostate cancer, wherein variables in the general formula are as defined in the specification. Researches show that the compound of general formula (I) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or crystal form thereof has a therapeutic effect on prostate cancer, and further has a significant therapeutic effect on castration resistant prostate cancer and castration sensitive prostate cancer as well as metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition and use of a multi-kinase inhibitor. The present invention relates to the technical field of medicines, and relates to the pharmaceutical composition and use of the multi-kinase inhibitor. The pharmaceutical composition comprises: (a) a compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a stereoisomer or a crystal form thereof, wherein P1, W1, Y1, and Ar in general formula (I) are as described herein; and (b) a paclitaxel drug. Variables in the general formula are as defined in the description. Studies have shown that the compound of general formula (I) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or crystal form thereof in the present invention has a significant synergistic interaction with the paclitaxel drug in combination for treating cancers.

The method comprises the steps of acquiring information for a memory access request in which a monitoring processor checks a graph data structure and read data, using a data structure access mode defined by a breadth first search and graph data structure information to generate four corresponding vector prefetching requests and store into a prefetching request queue. The device comprises a data prefetching unit distributed into each processing unit, each data prefetching unit is respectively connected with an memory access monitor, a response FIFO and a primary cache of a load/store unit, and comprises an address space classifier, a runtime information table, prefetching request generation units and the prefetching request queue.
