The present invention reveals a gene FsPL that is related to the pathogenicity of F. sacchari. Preliminary analysis shows that the deletion of the gene affects the ability of hyphae to penetrate and further affects the pathogenicity of pathogens. This provides a basis for the molecular mechanism of the pathogen infection and pathogenic process.
