The water container is disposed with an inlet and an outlet. The air container is connected to the water container by a channel. The air container compressive ultimate strength is larger than that of the water container. When the tank is filled with water, the air in the water container enters the air container through the channel. When the tank pressure is too great, the water container bursts, steadily releasing the air compression of the air container through the channel to prevent the compression air from quickly blowing out.
