  • Patent number: 11965313
Abstract: A method for determining parallel lift feedforward control of a bucket of a work vehicle is provided. The method includes calculating a current stroke length of a bucket cylinder at a current moment based on a current bell crank plate angle and a current boom angle. The method includes predicting a future boom angle after a certain number of steps. The method further includes calculating a required bell crank plate angle from a learned cutting edge angle and the future boom angle. The method even further includes calculating a future stroke length of the bucket cylinder after the certain number of steps. The method yet further includes calculating an average speed command for bucket control based on the current stroke length and the future stroke length of the bucket cylinder. The method still further includes calculating a bucket cylinder control command based on the average speed command for bucket control.

  • Patent number: 11821169
Abstract: A system for controlling implement orientation of a work vehicle includes a computing system configured to control an operation of a lift actuator of the vehicle such that an implement of the vehicle is moved from a first vertical position relative to a second vertical position. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to monitor the angle of the implement as the implement is moved from the first vertical position to the second vertical position. Additionally, the computing system is configured to determine an actual error value between the monitored angle and a selected angle of the implement. Moreover, the computing system is configured to determine a modified error value that is different than the actual error value and control an operation of a tilt actuator of the vehicle to adjust the angle of the implement relative to the driving surface based on the modified error value.

  • Patent number: 10082268
Abstract: A visually observable display comprising a circuit board including at least one illuminator emitting light outwardly from a surface of the board, a light transmissive display window pane operable to receive light at an inner surface and transmit the light through an outer surface, and an insert disposed between the illuminator and the display window pane. The insert comprises an elongated light distributing conduit receiving light from the at least one illuminator at a first location in a direction substantially perpendicular to the display window pane, distributing the light transversely through the light conduit along the inner surface of the display window pane, and redirecting the distributed light outwardly along an outer wall of the conduit and outwardly through the window pane. The display may include multiple light illuminators emitting light outwardly from the board surface and into the light distributing conduit at discrete locations along the conduit.
