    Abstract: A lighting device assembly includes a heat sink, a light source attached to one end of the heat sink, an optic assembly to pivot an optic about the light source, and a housing member having a cavity in which at least a portion of the optic assembly is received and pivotally adjustable. An elastic member imparts a bias force on the optic assembly, to force an outer surface of the optic assembly against an inner surface of the housing member. The elastic member is held in a partially compressed state, to constantly impart the bias force on the optic assembly.
