  • Publication number: 20170243196
Abstract: A combination business card and gift card with a coded information portion is provided to be sold and delivered to a recipient as a unit. The business gift card includes contact information along with graphics or logos. The business gift card also preferably includes a scannable encoded portion which, when an account in a remote computer corresponding to the encoded information is activated, enables the holder of the business gift card to obtain goods or services by access to credit corresponding to a gift card or SVC (stored value card) account from a remote database.

  • Publication number: 20160253305
Abstract: Form Filler App is a method for filling out forms using smartphone technology and image processing. It encompasses creating an image of the form with the smartphone's camera, then using image analysis to identify the input fields of the form. It will then map the fields to corresponding fields in a data repository then, using the data in the repository, digitally fill-in the form and deliver the completed form by fax, email or direct download.

  • Patent number: 9056895
Abstract: The present invention, referred to as Surface-Free Affinity Purification (SFAP), relates to a system and method for purifying low abundance peptides, including digested plasma proteins. SFAP combines the components and processes of Surface-Free Isolation, Specific Competitive Elution, Dual Epitope Isolation and Protective Solvents in the purification of low abundance proteins, all of which may be performed in a single column. This column is a constant volume Diafiltration Column equipped with stirring that can be driven by an HPLC. Digested plasma may be injected into the Diafiltration Column by the HPLC. Immunoglobulins, Specific Competitive Elutants, Protective Solvents are injected in a series of injections that result in the purified peptides bound to the surfaces of a very-low volume hydrophobic reversed phase trap from which they can be easily injected into mass spectrometry detection instruments.
    Type: Grant
