  • Patent number: 12214712
Abstract: The vehicle roof-mounted collapsible tent is a shelter. The vehicle roof-mounted collapsible tent comprises a lift structure, a tent plate, a tent, and a vehicle. The vehicle further comprises a roof rack and an electrical system. The roof rack is a rack that mounts on the roof of the vehicle. The electrical system provides the energy necessary to operate the vehicle roof-mounted collapsible tent. The lift structure secures the tent plate to the roof rack. The tent mounts on the tent plate. The lift structure elevates the tent plate above the roof rack. The lift structure levels the tent plate such that the faces of the tent plate are perpendicularly oriented to the force of gravity.

  • Patent number: 10931210
Abstract: Techniques for energy production are disclosed. A kinetic fabric for use in a kinetically-activated energy production system is implemented. The kinetic fabric comprises a three-dimensional, layer-based flexible matrix that regains shape after deformation. The fabric further comprises a kinetically activated energy source layer supported between layers of the flexible matrix. The fabric further includes a flexible electrical connection that provides an electrical path between the energy source layer and a terminal on the flexible matrix. The kinetic fabric is deformed with mechanical agitation, and energy is harvested from the energy source layer through the terminal on the flexible matrix. Various embodiments are disclosed including flags, moving vehicles, and shade structures, among others.

  • Publication number: 20200329799
Abstract: A SNAP CAPS article utilizes a uniquely designed hat that has the capability of an interchangeable logo, design, or prop. This hat permits users to easily change the components of the hat through the use of a connection of three separate pieces to permit the interchangeable logo, design, or prop be part of a hat. The SNAP CAPS item includes a wearable item having one or more attachment component located along an outside surface of the wearable item, and one or more attachment items having a display side and an attachment side, each of the one or more attachment items having a mating component capable of coupling with a corresponding attachment component. The one or more attachment component being coupled to the corresponding one or more mating component displays the display side of the one or more attachment items on a visible surface of the wearable item.
