    Abstract: A constructional panel 1 has a facing 3 which is brick or stone-like with mortar joints 4 therebetween and a backing 2 of cementitious material. The panel is cast using a mould mat 20 and a mask 30. The mat 20 is formed from a built panel and the mask 30 is formed from the 20. The mask 30 is used to provide realistic mortar joints between the facing elements 3.
