  • Patent number: 10267446
Abstract: A pipe assembly includes two pipes connected together by a joining device and a drainage system, the drainage system includes a drainage slot created in the joining device, two annular seals arranged on either side of the drainage slot over the entire periphery around a pipe, and a drainage element configured to send fluid present in the drainage slot from a first end entering the drainage slot to the other end of said drainage element.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 18, 2015
Date of Patent: April 23, 2019
    Assignee: Airbus Operations SAS
    Inventors: Yann Queau, Camille Chaper
  • Patent number: 9920789
Abstract: A universal joint includes a first band and a second band which are separated by a slot, are cylindrical and coaxial with one another with respect to a common axis, a first stiffener whose ends are joined to the first band, and a second stiffener whose ends are joined to the second band. A stem extends between the first stiffener and the second stiffener. A crown is around the stem. Four torsion bars exist, of which two extend between the crown and the first band and two extend between the crown and the second band.

  • Patent number: 9915285
Abstract: A universal joint includes a first band and a second band which are separated by a slot, are cylindrical and coaxial with one another with respect to a common axis, and further includes a first torsion bar, whose ends are joined to the first band, and a second torsion bar whose ends are joined to the second band.

Such a universal joint thus has a relatively simple structure.

  • Publication number: 20170166317
Abstract: A support pylon for an aircraft turbomachine having the overall shape of a box defined by lateral walls, at least one of the lateral walls having an external surface comprising a thermal protection element, the element being mobile as a result of a rise in temperature between a first, retracted position, in which the element is aligned with the external surface and a second, deployed position, in which the element protrudes from the external surface. The element provides thermal protection which is able to be automatically deployed-retracted in order to protect the parts of the pylon against thermal heating. In its retracted position, the thermal protection element generates low drag.
