Abstract: A method and system are described. The method includes determining, in a development phase of a software service, whether the software service complies with a first policy in response to a request. The method also monitors, in at least one of a testing phase or a production phase of the software service, whether operation of the software service complies with a second policy. Based on the determining and the monitoring, an indication of a service vulnerability is generated in response to the software service failing to comply with the first policy in the development phase or failing to comply with the second policy in the at least one of the testing phase or the production phase.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a network topology construction method. The method may include: acquiring a MAC address table of each port on each switch in a target network; determining a first connection relationship in the target network according to the MAC addresses of terminal devices in the target network included in each acquired MAC address table; determining at least one first port according to the first connection relationship in the target network; determining a second connection relationship in the target network according to the MAC addresses included in the MAC address table of each of the first ports in the target network; and determining a network topology of the target network according to the first connection relationship and the second connection relationship in the target network.

Abstract: A hair dyeing process which utilizes a hair dye in combination with a heat application means. By applying heat to a person's head, immediately after the dye has been applied, the hair can be quickly and efficiently dyed and hair damage is minimized. The heat application means (12) is disclosed in five designs: the first utilizes a conventional, hand-held, hot-air blower (14) in combination with a plastic head cap (18) such as a shower cap (20); the second utilizes the plastic head cap (16) having attached a light flexible hose (24) that is connected to a heat source (26); the third consists of a hot, moistened towel (32); the fourth consists of a corded, electric heating pad (40); the fifth consists of a cordless heating pad (42) that has inserted a multiplicity of heat absorbing elements (50). When the pad (42) is heated in a microwave oven the elements (50) allow the pad (42) to retain heat for an extended period of time.
