  • Patent number: 11804840
Abstract: An integrated circuit with self-reference impedance includes an input/output pin provided for connection to an external impedance, a local impedance, a reference power circuit, a switching circuit, and a control circuit. The switching circuit is configured to conduct a connection between the input/output pin and the reference power circuit in a first state and to conduct a connection between the local impedance and the reference power circuit in a second state. The control circuit is configured to detect whether the external impedance is connected to the input/output pin or not and to generate a detection signal. The control circuit controls the switching circuit into the first state or the second state according to the detection signal. In the first state, the reference power circuit generates a reference signal according to the external impedance. In the second state, the reference power circuit generates the reference signal according to the local impedance.

  • Patent number: 10286456
Abstract: A tool bit holder for connecting a rotary tool to a rotary tool driver. The tool bit holder including a body having a driver end configured to connect to a rotary tool driver and a tool end, a tool retainer bore, and a tool retainer movably received within the tool retainer bore and movable between an engaged position and a retracted position. The tool bit holder further includes an actuator sleeve, a sleeve spring for urging the actuator sleeve towards a first position, a plunger, and a plunger spring urging the plunger towards a loading position. A tool bit received in a tool receiving cavity pushes the plunger to a loaded position, and in the loading position the plunger extends over the tool retainer bore to engage the tool retainer and urge the tool retainer towards the retracted position.

  • Patent number: 8722143
Abstract: The present invention refers to a method for preparing a superhydrophobic surface on a solid substrate comprising the steps of (a) providing a solvent in the form of a pressurized fluid in a vessel, wherein the fluid exhibits a decrease in solvency power with decreasing pressure; (b) adding a hydrophobic substance to the solvent as a solute, which substance is soluble with the pressurized fluid and has the ability to crystallize/precipitate after expansion of the fluid, thereby obtaining a solution of the solvent and the solute in the vessel; (c) having at least one orifice opened on the vessel, thereby causing the pressurized solution to flow out of the vessel and depressurize in ambient air or in an expansion chamber having a lower pressure than within the vessel, the solute thereby forming particles; and (d) depositing the particles on the substrate in order to obtain a superhydrophobic surface.
