    Abstract: A method of measuring cross-correlation or similarity between input features and filters of neural networks using an RRAM-crossbar architecture to carry out addition/subtraction-based neural networks for in-memory computing. The correlation calculations use L1 norm operations of AdderNet. The RCM structure of the RRAM-cross bar has storage and computing collocated, such that processing is done in the analog domain with low power, low latency and small area. In addition, the impact due to the nonidealities of RRAM device can be alleviated by the implicit ratio-based feature of the structure.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing multiple metal oxides and intermediate compound, i.e. spherical nickelous hydroxide which is lopped. The intermediate compound is prepared by: mixing bivalent nickel salt, cobalt salt, ammonia water and ammonium salt to form solution containing complex; then adding the said solution containing complex with the mixture solution of metal salt(s) and alkali into reaction vessel in parallel flow, stirring to form precipitate of spherical nickelous hydroxide which is dopped, and washing to remove the impurities. The resulting spherical nickelous hydroxide which is dopped, as an intermediate compound, can be used to produce multiple metal oxides. The resulting multiple metal oxides can be used as anode active material. The spherical nickelous hydroxide has advantages of uniform size and narrow size distribution. The multiple metal oxides has high electric conductivity and cycle performance, particularly, is suitable to be used as anode material.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of an anode plate of a lithium ion battery, comprising a water-phase slurry preparation process including a raw-material mixing step, that is, mix the raw materials of anode active material powder and particles, a conductive agent, and a conductive agent adhesive uniformly into a paste slurry, where the conductive agent adhesive is used to make the conductive agent uniformly adhere to the surface of the anode active material powder and particles. In the raw-material mixing step, an accessory adhesive is added for improving adhesion and flexibility of the plate in cooperation with the conductive adhesive. A manufacturing method of an anode plate of a lithium ion battery is disclosed. The present invention also discloses an anode plate and a lithium ion battery manufactured by this method.
