The computer server queries a first interaction record that corresponds to a public service identifier and a social application identifier of a social platform, and that indicates an interaction performed, by using the public service identifier and the social application identifier, by a first user and a second user; determining whether the first interaction record meets a first preset condition; and establishing an association relationship between the social application identifier and the public service identifier if the first interaction record meets the first preset condition.
