Abstract: A fat-burning high-waist undergarment is provided. The fat-burning high-waist undergarment may be made of thermal conducive, elastic material so as to burn fat along the portions of the wearer's body it stretches to cover. The fat-burning high-waist undergarment may have high-cut leg openings and a detachable fastener to facilitate wear by a user with bigger legs. The fat-burning high-waist undergarment may also provide one or more adhesive strip just inward of an upper torso opening and the high-cut leg openings to prevent the material from rolling during use during exercise routines.
